常染色體顯性多囊性腎臟病 Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD): 導致腎衰竭的遺傳性疾病

 

Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD)常染色體顯性多囊性腎臟病是由基因變異所產生的遺傳性腎臟疾病臨床上病人會出現腎臟囊泡不斷擴大導致腎功能不全及末期腎病(ESRD)。現時ADPKD 並沒有任何根治方法和治療阻止疾病進展(1,2,3,4)

 

ADPKD 不分任何性別、種族、地域(5,6)。已有研究及數據顯示,ADPKD在歐洲盛行率約每一萬人便有四人是ADPKD患者 (3.6 / 10,000) (7)。有一些數據發現ADPKD有更高的盛行率每一千人便有一人是ADPKD患者 (1:1,000)(8) 而末期腎病(ESRD)病人高達百分之十會是ADPKD患者(9)

 

儘管罕見,ADPKD卻是常見威脅生命的腎臟遺傳性疾病。
